Description

Un film teinté masse perforé

Le film teinté masse ORACAL 551 perforé est un polymère perforé d'une épaisseur de 70 µ, disponible en coloris brillants et mats, avec une correspondance RAL et HKS selon les teintes. Ce film est doté d'une colle solvant de polyacrylate permanente qui lui confère un tack de 18 N/25 mm.

Il possède une excellente stabilité dimensionnelle ainsi que de bonnes caractéristiques de façonnage.

Le film 551 perforé est fabriqué par ORAFOL en Allemagne dans un site certifié ISO 9001.

Sa durabilité est de 7 à 8 ans pour les teintes colorées et de 4 ans pour les teintes métallisées.

Le coloris blanc possède un liner bleu afin de faciliter l'échenillage.

Ce film de découpe possède la norme REACH et RoHS et est sans phtalates, plomb ni chrome.

Le film ORACAL 551 perforé convient au découpage assisté par ordinateur.

Ce film polymère se pose sur des surfaces totalement sèches, exemptes de poussières et de graisse ou autres souillures.

L'application du 551 se fait par pose humide ou à sec.
